I'm sorry for the previous drama. I didn't take the stress and aggrevation very well. I have decided to eat my words, I won't be quitting WoW. Thanks for all the kind words and support over my lack of patience in dealing with this. I am back online and have resumed leadership responsibilities. However I don't intend to be playing very much for a while still. I will be logging on a couple times a day and maintaining the guild and chatting with my friends. The real reason I couldn't stop playing. I won't likely be playing hardcore for a few weeks still. By the way, the guild bank has had most, maybe even all of the items returned by now, its way to much to really know. I have a petition in to get the 8500g back. So far it has not been returned. All of my characters and all of their items as far as I can tell have been returned. Scootastic has an extra authenticator and is mailing it to me, which Im grateful beyond words for, so we can eliminate this from happening again. See you in game.

I'm sorry to leave you hanging like this. I was taking a break because I was burned out on WoW. I decided to play again only to have my account stolen three days later. My mains were transferred to other servers and all my other characters deleted excpept a lvl 6 priest. I had to wait two days before I could contact Blizzard because they dont work weekends. Monday morning I finally got them after an hour waiting on hold. They helped me get my account back in my hands but couldn't replace deleted or trasnferred characters or items. That all has to be done in game. I logged in to my lvl 6 priest and put in a petition, it took 4 hours to get a response. After three paragraphs of explanation he told me he was elevating my account to another dept and with current wait times it would be 2-3 days before I could get the deleted characters replaced. The transferred characters are being held by their credit card fraud dept. to determine if fraud is an issue with the transfers. I cant put in a request to have them returned until that is clear and they dont have an ETA on that but expect several days. I was talking to a guildy on the phone about this and decided to check my mail. I got an email that they had reset my password again and if I hadnt requested it then it could be someone trying to take my accnt. I have been through my system with F-Secure Antivirus, Kapersky, Malwarebytes, Hijackthis, Adaware, Spybot, KeyloggerDetector, KL-Detector and at least 3 different online virus and malware scanners and my system is showing completely clean. After all, I had just wiped and reloaded the whole drive 2 weeks ago.
It's not worth the effort any more. There is a lot more to the story than what I have posted in the above paragraph. I can't take it anymore. So, Im going to wipe and reload my system again to be sure its clean. Then I will reload my software minus wow and minus anything that has to do with wow. I apologize to everyone that has counted on me for anything and to all that I had given the impression that I would be there forever. I wish you all the best of luck. I will be taking a short break from WoW for a few personal reasons. I will be available by telephone or Via the forums if you should need anything that the officers cannot provide. The last statement was designed primarily for the women btw. I will update you guys with more information as I resolve my situation. Thanks for understanding and have fun.

Ralin sent out a guild wide mail of some importance today. The complete message is listed below, however the basic idea is that if you are a bad raider, then please get better or get to love tier 7 content. We've developed a problem, and the problem isn't that we wipe alot on progression content, that is to be expected, the problem is that we wipe every 20 minutes or so(imagine wiping that often after a rather painful #2). Our wipe recovery needs to improve, alot. We need to stop having a player leave after every other wipe, random Ninja AFKs on the other wipes. We are going to start removing players from ulduar raids that continually display this aggravating behavior.

ULDUAR Ravenloch, We let everyone know before Ulduar release that we'd need the best of the guild there. On our 10m runs we haven't had much problem. With our 25's we have been forming with strong members first and filling the raid within guild second and pugging third. This has lead to some very stressful and messy attempts. We have resolved to increase our success rate in 25m Ulduar, But it comes at a price. These included labeling guildies that were ready for Ulduar content as well as other labels for other reasons. Also discussed were loot bonuses for those that have put the effort into being ready for Ulduar, gearwise, playstyle wise, and raid conduct wise. NONE of these will be implemented, so please ignore the P's & G's. They are meaningless. HOWEVER. MORE> Ravenloch, Ulduar is hardcore content. Ulduar raid leaders will be inviting strong players, geard, good conduct, attentive, prepared, and dedicated members. If we don't fill the raid with these members. Wi will look for pugs or call the raid. Raid leaders will be replacing players that are a hinderance to the raid. Be prepared. If you are NOT invited, it should be a wake up call that you're not ready. ask what you need to do to be considered ready. Unfortunately the title "Malygos Dies After Random Bouts With Stupidity in Naxxramas" wouldn't fit. Our fight with Malygos went very good for a guild first kill.
The drops were: awarded to Cakepie awarded to Crystalangel awarded to Kiara (Lucky Bitch) awarded to Anaszune We had a few oops moments in Naxxramas, although the overall run was very good. And by "oops" I mean total fucking retardation. First off, is it really that hard to NOT shit green poison in the center of the room? Let me demonstrate what I mean:
After a couple wipes, we did manage to kill Grobbulous, and we even earned a new achievement for the kill!
Our next oops moment was during the Thadius fight. Seriously guys, how damn hard can it be to stand on the correct side? It's not like you have to run a fucking mile to get where you need to be. For simplicity's sake, I'll put up another diagram:
See all those dead people I've taken the time to highlight? Yea, thanks. If everyone just looks at their debuff bar when your mods tell you that there is a phase shift in gigantic bold letters with a warning siren, and then move accordingly, we'd one shot this bastard everytime.
Overall, it was a great weekend for raiding. Many loots were won, but I didn't win anything so I didn't write them down. Also, Ravenloch has killed the top (only) tier, in both 10 and 25 man, before the release of the next tier. We're doing great, just work on those minor issues and hopefully we can get some more achievements before 3.1 hits.

Well it's been some time since Ravenloch had any news! So heres my attempt to change that. Coming up really soon, for what is estimated at a week or two is patch 3.1.0. That will make various game changes to all classes. It will also introduce a new raid instance called "Ulduar" and add several new items to the game. But thats not all! Blizzard will begin the Argent Crusade Tournament in Icecrown. Which will consist of mounted combat within all the factions of the Alliance and Horde! Fight for honor, glory and more importantly loot! In a battle that requires skill rather then gear. A new feature called "Dual" specialization is being added as well as a gear switch ability, which will allow you to switch from one set to the other instantly without nasty laggy add-ons. And last but not least, all ground mounts (Yes, including the Mekgineer's Chopper) will be able to swim, underwater too! And to wrap this all up, 3.1.0 will include a wide array of fixes and additions to the game I didn't list here. To see all the notes visit the 3.1.0 patchnotes.

This really is such an easy fight it's hard to admit that we died due to enrage our first time tonight.
Overall, my personal feelings about Naxxramas (10 man version) is that it is a very well designed raid zone for new raiders and players that have never done the content before. It isn't really an walk in the park either, especially for players that have never set foot in Naxx before; you need to be prepaired for Naxx: be prepaired to move and do whatever it takes to up your framerate because split seconds can decide if you live or we all wipe. I'm starting to put up strategies on the forums and videos of certain, more complex fights. Please take the time to read what we've done before you get into Naxx.
